 Hello there!

I would like to thank you personally for visiting my site. It means the world to me! I am Mandy, the one-woman-artist band behind Zhi Wen Design.

Zhi Wen Design is my illustration business (personally my first business at that) based in Virginia, USA. I sell a range of planner sticker sheets, magnetic bookmarks called "page clips", and greeting cards (coming soon to the store!). While creating and selling my products, I am also working on self- publishing my first comic book depicting my cat's daily antics.

What prompted me to set up Zhi Wen Design was my need for stationeries that I just cannot find in stores. Be it a sticker to mark my planner for an upcoming car service or a wedding card to send my truest wishes for my best friend's Indian nuptials; I started coming up with ways of designing and creating them. I have always possessed a passion for illustration and design for as long as I can remember, I even graduated from two major art schools but found artistically satisfying jobs few-and-far between; and often centered around someone else's creative vision. I was limited and stunted in my artistic growth.

Opening an e-commerce store allows me to have full control over my creative vision while making the products I sought after, inspired by the things I love the most such as books (manga included!), nature, and animals (specifically my cat); either painted traditionally in watercolor paints or digitally with software.
